UAV Task Force gears up for final report

The final report of the Joint JAA/Eurocontrol UAV Task Force is due for publication in June 2004. It released the fourth draft, for external comment, on 26 January 2004. “Since October 2002, a group of dedicated people have been assisting the JAA and Eurocontrol in formulating a basis for the future regulation of the UAV industry in Europe,” Andre Clot, of UAVS, told uavworld.com. “The UK, Germany, Italy and Sweden are major contributors.
